This selection of photographs should give an impression of the special atmosphere to be found at the Black Horse.
Brick clad externally in the 1820s, when the top floor was constructed, the interior of the inn reveals it's origins as a timber-framed coaching inn dating from the mid-sixteenth century.
The old rear courtyard was roofed over in the 1970s, and sensitively converted into a dining area.
Upstairs, the old function room was enlarged in 2005, and a small bar installed to cater for private functions.
